• About Alan Creech

For your non-profit group, youth or adult camp, family reunion, church retreat, wedding or other gathering consider staying at the Pilgrim Cove Camp year round. Located on the "pristine" Payette Lake near McCall, Idaho the camp is situated on 11 acres of forested property. You can play in the sand on the large beach front, go for a swim or try canoeing and windsurfing. Or perhaps you would like to just sit back and take in the stunning scenery, watch the deer wander through camp or pick huckleberries. During winter months you can cross country ski at Ponderosa park on a groomed trail or downhill ski at Brundage Mountain Ski Resort or Tamarack Ski Resort.

Rustic cabins accommodate 125 people during the summer. Including two year round cabins that accommodate 60 people during the winter. There are 9 RV sites and several tent sites as well. Your group can dine together in the Alan Creech Lodge and Conference Center. Our cook and staff will prepare meals for you in our modern kitchen.

Things to do near Pilgrim Cove Camp:
Ponderosa State Park is a short walk from Pilgrim Cove Camp. Visitors to the park can hike on miles of trails through giant pines and glimpse the Payette Lake at Paradise Point. Park rangers lead nature walks and campfire discussions. You can cross country ski on the groomed trails during the winter.

Bicycle around the Payette Lake area. Miles of paved and unpaved roads are suitable for family outings.

Several area outfitters and guides can provide the adventuresome with the experience of a lifetime; raft a "wild" river, horseback ride, or backpack into a mountain lake.

The lively town of McCall has shopping, dinning, night life, and a Winter Carnival for the entire family.

Camp Managers

Josh and Judy Sanders are the camp manager and head cook at the Pilgrim cove camp. They live on site with their three children. They have been serving the camp and our customers since Spring of 2006. They are available to coordinate programs, camps, reservations and specials needs. Feel free to contact them with any questions that you may have.
