Accommodations for Groups

We rent out to groups of 20 or more and have a max. capacity of 125 guests from Memorial Day until mid- October. We have a winter capacity of 65-70 guests from October through May. There is also the availability of single-family cabins sometimes throughout the year.
• We have 7 family cabins, each with a capacity of 4-6 persons and all but two have restrooms. The cabins are Havlicak, Kloss Encounters, Leydon, Governors, New Plymouth, Pilgrims Port, and Brewsters. We have a new cabin coming in 2024, the Winthrop Cabin which will sleep 4-6 persons and will be fully accessible.
• We also have 3 lodges. Alan Creech Lodge is our dining hall and also has bedrooms, Leahy Lodge has four bedrooms and New Rice Lodge has two bedrooms. All lodges have restrooms.
• We have two summer camp cabins that each have two bedrooms with six beds each and a common room with a seating area. These two cabins share a common shower and restroom facility.
• Most of our bedrooms do have bunkbeds, but most of our family cabins, Alan Creech Lodge and Leahy Lodge have one queen bed per room. Guests need to bring their own bedding and towels, (sleeping bag, pillow, towel, and washcloth). Here is a housing list.
Pricing
• Overnight Lodging: $35 per night, per guest. Family cabins are available at $125 per night. Rate Sheet
• RV Spots: $45 per night
• Guests 3 years and under are free to stay with their paying parents.
Boat Access
We have a beautiful sandy beach and dock for your enjoyment. If you would like to bring in your own boat, please feel free. We do not have a boat ramp, or access to one. Here are some options...
